As we are still very much a fledgling blog (launched February 2010) and to date we have leaned heavily towards the electronic genre and have not really got around to expressing our feelings for the more soulful side of our musical tastes. Not so long ago we were really hooked on artists like Dwele, Jill Scott, India Arie, Jazzy Jeff, Me One, Eric Roberson, Vikter Duplaix, Floetry, Musiq Soulchild and Bilal. We were exposed to these sounds mainly by Gilles Peterson on his legendary Worldwide show on Radio 1. The other day we were digging through some old mix CDs and it struck me how we have lost touch in this area of music which we truly love. So I thought I would hit the web to see if I could find somewhere to bring me up to speed and I came across a wonderful site called Soul Bounce. The layout and design is very pleasing to the eye and the Soul Bounce team are  hot with on the pulse reviews, audio downloads and interviews embracing both popular and alternative/underground urban artists.  On top of all that they have a comprehensive blog roll which is perfect for stumbling upon other music related gems, which is always a nice touch I'm sure you'll agree.
