No one ever knows what the next big thing is gonna be. . . but you can be rest assured it will be obvious as f**k and you wont believe you never thought of it! Needless to say then, C*nting records is simply a genius name for a quality new label. Another cheeky nod from our friends over at Kahua Promotions informs us of the latest 'potty mouth' label they are working with and all sorts of goodies have subsequently landed on the door mat here at Sound Canvas towers.

Label boss Lee Latmir introduces us to this Fledgling London based label and makes no bones about the name, "it’s all part of the label’s ethos".  The debut offering from the label is from Wonky Dynamo (Lee Latmir & Tim Burns) the two of which have collaborated for labels including Defected, Subliminal Soul, Nuphonic and have clearly set the standard for what we should expect from this label in the future.

So what do we have? Finished with delicate sleeve embroidery for the vinyl and a cheeky little posing pouch my Nan would be proud of housing the CD version. I feel all warm and special as I kick back and indulge this smooth dose of slo-mo deep melodic house tinged with cutting edge disco glitch and I am instantly taken in.  With a very 'Metro Area'  vibe about it, the original Wonky Dynamo offering is a definite hit and with the vocal tones of Tash Panas wooing softly, I am loving it. Watch this space as I will definitely be rocking this mix on my next slo-mo eclectic house mix.

Next Up, none other then Shur-I-Kan gives it the treatment, gets on the dials with a tasty upbeat remix finished with his usual dance floor rocking skills, delivering another deeply satisfying text book, 'notch on the belt' track.

Dubs on both parts do the honours making this a seriously high end debut release for what promises to be a label to watch and with the likes of Atjazz remixing Wonky Dynamo on their next release. . . that's what I 'm C*ting talking about!
